The Serenity

| Our 1 RV Site has a concrete pad, water, sewer, and 30
amp electrical service for $35 per night. A $25 deposit is required on our RV sites. |

Deposits
A credit card may be used to make your reservation. No refund offered for cancellations
made 14 days or less to arrival date. Our cabins are special and come summer we have had
to turn people away as we were booked solid. Please make this a special time for all.
It is important that
you clearly understand our policy for refunds, cancellations, and changes. Here at
Aunt Grace’s Stay ‘N Play we believe that your total vacation experience starts
when you make a reservation with us. Because of this, it is important to us that you read
and understand our reservation and cancellation policies prior to making a
reservation. If you have any questions please contact us and we will be happy to answer
your questions.
- Reservations which are
cancelled before 14 calendar days of your check-in date will result in a $150.00
cancellation fee. This will be charged to your credit card.
- A cancellation within 13 days of the check-in date will result in a charge of 100% of
your payment for all nights reserved.
- All cancellations MUST BE made via email and phone. Send cancellation
requests to: auntgraces@suddenlinkmail.com.
All cancellations must also be made by phone: 1-870-431-5251 You will be given a
cancellation receipt number.
- Any changes to your reservation will result in a $25 processing fee. There will be no
changes allowed within 10 days of your arrival.
There are no refunds for
early departures.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for
holiday dates which includes, Christmas, Halloween, 4th of July, Spring Break,
Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Opening day of hunting season. There is a 3 night minimum
stay for all holidays.
